Becoming a Patient
| “Without a doubt, the greatest reward of my job is the smile of hope on the face of a patient when I share my understanding of their fears, hopes and successes: you see, I am a cancer survivor.”
Cheryl Wood, Cancer Survivor and Receptionist, Hoag Cancer Center |

Hoag is proud of the fact that five-year cancer survival rates for patients diagnosed and treated at Hoag are above the state and national averages. Our program provides comprehensive oncology services including prevention, treatment and supportive and complementary care. We hope that Hoag can be of service to you in winning the war against cancer.
You can access services at the Hoag Cancer Center in two ways:
For medical care at Hoag, you need to find a physician who is on the Hoag Hospital medical staff. Information about physicians can be obtained through the Physician Referral Service, (949) 764-8244, or research a physician under Find a Doctor.
Supportive care services such as educational programs or cancer support groups are open to anyone, regardless of where medical care is provided. For information please call 949/7-CANCER.
