Pediatric Diabetes
Pediatric Services
In collaboration with Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) the Allen Diabetes Center now offers pediatric endocrinology care, education and support services for children with diabetes and their families beginning in the summer of 2009. The Allen Diabetes Center also works with CHOC and a wide array of community agencies (such as the Newport Mesa Unified School District, PADRE, Share our Selves, Latino Health Access, American Diabetes Association, and Families Costa Mesa) to support the prevention of pediatric obesity and diabetes in the community.
