Professional support of staff includes RN case managers who oversee more than 26 clinical path-ways as well as patient discharge planning. And a host of full-time clinical social workers, respiratory care practitioners, physical therapists, dietitians, enterostomal therapists, diabetes educators and patient care assistants are available to assist our nursing staff with all aspects of patient care.
Because Hoag's commitment to personal growth and achievement is so strong, registered nurse educators are assigned to 10 specialty areas and new programs are continually added to help our nurses become the best they can be.
