Patient relations' representatives act as the liaison between patients and the hospital staff and can assist you with many non-medical needs. These issues include, but are not limited to:
- Problems, ethical issues and concerns
- Interpretation of hospital policies and procedures
- Patient/family advocacy
- Patient rights
- Community education
- Lost items
Please call 949/764-2220 during business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) for assistance. If calling during non-business hours, please leave a message and a representative will return your call as soon as possible during regular business hours.
If an emergency, please have the hospital operator or the charge nurse page a patient relations representative.
