Resources / Support Groups
To help patients deal with the struggles epilepsy poses on daily life, Hoag Epilepsy Center sponsors an interactive epilepsy support group led by a master’s trained licensed facilitator. The support group meets the first Wednesday of each month on the hospital campus and provides a forum for adolescent and adult patients, their families and friends.

National Epilepsy Awareness Month
Each year during the month of November, Hoag Hospital joins forces with the Epilepsy Alliance of Orange County, and the Epilepsy Foundation in raising awareness of epilepsy and seizure disorders. Check our community education section for event and class information.
