Trish Bartel
Vice President, Centers of Excellence
Ms. Bartel has an extensive background in business development and healthcare strategy both as an administrator and a consultant. She came to Hoag in September of 2007 and has been instrumental in developing business plans for the Centers of Excellence as well as the Diabetes Center. She has also worked closely with the business development office on urgent care and physician alignment models.
Ms. Bartel’s prior experience includes physician development, business plan development and implementation resulting in successful healthcare services such as a free-standing outpatient Women’s center and Orthopedic Spine program. During her tenure with TenetHealth System, she achieved such accolades as Five Star Excellence for patient satisfaction, voted #1 in Physician Satisfaction, and achieved departmental satisfaction scores exceeding 90% for three consecutive years.
Ms. Bartel holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of La Verne and a B.A. in health science from San Diego State University.
