Patients who experience a heart attack should get: Aspirin at arrival Aspirin at discharge ACE Inhibitor or ARB for Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction (LVSD) Beta Blocker prescribed at discharge Fibrinolytic medication given within 30 minutes of arrival PCI procedure within 90 minutes of arrival Advice to quit smoking
